Small Business IT & Microsoft 365 Support
I help South Florida businesses fix computer and network problems, manage Microsoft 365, tighten security against hacked accounts and viruses, and automate repetitive IT tasks. You work with me directly, from the first call to the finished job. Individuals and home offices are welcome too.
- Based in Delray Beach. On-site visits from Boynton Beach to Fort Lauderdale, Miami by arrangement, and remote help where practical.
- Weekday evenings after 6 p.m. and all day on weekends, by appointment. Work gets done after your business closes, so your team isn’t interrupted.
Services
Help with the everyday technology a small business runs on. Individuals and home offices can book the same services.
-
Microsoft 365 & Accounts
Email that stops arriving, employees who can’t sign in, or a new hire who needs access on their first day. I set up and fix Microsoft 365 accounts and make sure each person can reach what they need. I also turn on two-step sign-in, so a stolen password alone isn’t enough to get in.
Includes email problems, new accounts, two-step sign-in (MFA), who can access what, setting up new employees and shutting off access when someone leaves
-
Computer & Office Support
A computer that’s slow or acting up, a new one to set up, or a printer nobody can connect to. I find the cause and fix Windows and Mac computers, printers, and the everyday programs your team uses.
Includes Windows and Mac computers, new computer setup, printers, software problems
-
Networking & Wi-Fi
Internet that keeps dropping, Wi-Fi that doesn’t reach every room, or staff who can’t connect to the office from home. I track down the cause and set up the equipment that keeps everyone connected.
Includes connection problems, routers, network switches, Wi-Fi access points, secure remote access to the office (VPN)
-
Security & Malware Cleanup
A suspicious pop-up, an email account that may have been hacked, or security updates that haven’t run in months. I find out what happened, remove the malware, and help close the gaps that let it in.
Includes virus and malware removal, antivirus and security software, account security, installing security updates
-
File Migrations & Sharing
Files spread across laptops, email attachments, and old hard drives. I move them into OneDrive or SharePoint and set up sharing and syncing. That way, everyone can find the right file and work from the same copy.
Includes OneDrive and SharePoint setup, moving files, sharing permissions, fixing sync problems
-
Automation
The same IT chore done by hand every week, like creating user accounts or pulling reports. I write PowerShell scripts that handle that repetitive work, so routine tasks get done faster and the same way every time.
Includes PowerShell scripts, automating repetitive IT tasks
About Matthew
I’m Matthew Cisco, and MJC Business IT is my own independent IT business. When you reach out, you work with me directly, from the first conversation to the finished job. No call centers and no handoffs.
My hands-on experience covers Microsoft 365, Windows computers and servers, networking, security software, and automation. Before starting MJC Business IT, I was the only IT administrator for a business with two locations. I also have IT and cybersecurity internship experience.
I explain what I find in plain language, tell you what it should cost before I start, and don’t do work you haven’t approved.

What clients say
Frequently asked questions
Have a question that isn’t here? Ask me directly.
I’m not sure what’s wrong. Can you still help?
Yes. You don’t need to know the cause or the technical terms. Describe what you’re seeing in your own words: what stopped working, any error messages, and when it started.
The first 15 minutes of discussion are free. That’s time to understand the problem and talk through next steps. Troubleshooting after that is billed at the hourly rate, and only once you’ve approved it.
Do you offer remote or on-site support?
Both. Many problems, like email, account, and software issues, can be fixed remotely. Remote help usually costs less, because the hourly rate is lower and the minimum is shorter. On-site visits make more sense for hardware, printers, and network equipment. If you’re not sure which you need, describe the problem and I’ll recommend one.
What are your rates, minimums, and travel terms?
Remote support is $85 an hour with a 30-minute minimum. On-site support is $100 an hour with a one-hour minimum. After the minimum, time is billed in 15-minute increments, so you aren’t charged a full extra hour when a job runs a little long. Migrations and automation projects get a written estimate once I’ve looked at what’s involved.
Local travel is included for nearby appointments. Any travel fee or longer minimum booking will be confirmed in the written estimate before booking. Hardware and software licenses are separate.
When are appointments available?
Weekday evenings after 6 p.m., and all day on Saturdays and Sundays, by appointment. All times are Eastern Time. For a business, evening and weekend work means updates, new computer setups, and file moves can happen after you close, so your staff isn’t interrupted. I aim to reply to new requests within one business day.
Can I hire you for a one-time job? Do I need a contract?
Yes, one-time help and single projects are both fine, and there’s no ongoing contract. Before any work starts, we agree on what I’ll do, the estimated cost, and a spending limit.
Can you help with a virus or a hacked account?
Yes. I’ll find out what happened, remove the malware, and secure the affected accounts. Then I’ll set up security software and updates to lower the chance of it happening again. I can’t promise that every file can be recovered or that a problem will never come back. I will tell you plainly what I find and what your options are.
Do you work with individuals, or only businesses?
Both. MJC Business IT is set up mainly for small businesses, but individuals and home offices are welcome. The rates and process are the same for everyone.
What should I include when I reach out?
A short description of the problem and which computers, devices, or accounts are affected. It also helps to mention when it started, any error messages, and whether you’d prefer remote or on-site help. Please don’t send passwords or sensitive files through the form or by email.
What if my problem needs another specialist?
I’ll tell you. Some problems can only be fixed by your internet provider, the equipment manufacturer, or the software company. If that’s the case, I’ll explain what I found and point you to the right next step.
